I feel very compelled to write to you to let you know how very satisfied our family is with our beautiful bedroom windows.

We would also like to compliment you on the way you conduct business. The initial visit to the show room, the sale and installation were all handled in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.

Your knowledge and expertise with the North Star products is to be commended. The time you took to advice and assist us in choosing the best windows to meet our budget, needs and to enhance the curb appeal to our 1952 Shipp bungalow was very much appreciated.

We are all enjoying the fresh air our now opening bedroom windows provide and look forward to reaping the benefits of a reduction in our gas and hydro consumption.

We would also like to thank the two installers for a job well done. Their attention to detail, perfection and efficiency is outstanding. Furthermore they were very respectful of our home. The clean up post installation was phenomenal.

As a consumer this does have a lasting and memorable impression. In this day and age it is nice to know that people skills have not eroded. On behalf of my husband and son, we would like to thank you all very much.
