For customers that wish to keep their existing opener, we can re-install it with your new garage door. For those that require a new opener, we supply and install the extremely powerful, safe and easy to use premium 1/2 HP Liftmaster garage door opener. Below is a list of items and features included with our opener package :

1/2 HP Motor Provides years of dependable service with up to 240lbs of lifting power for heavy residential doors.


Heavy Duty Construction/Quiet Operation Along with solid-steel T-rail, dependable 1/2 HP motor and quiet operation this opener features a heavy-duty chain drive	Dual Front and Rear Lighting Provides maximum illumination with 4^1/2 minute delay. Lens covers protect bulbs and project light to every corner of the garage.	The Smart Garage Door Opener Lets you electronically program security codes at the touch of a button, easier than ever.

The Protector System
An invisible light beam reverses the door automatically if obstructed when going down, and stops it if obstructed going up. The door can be stopped and locked at any height, for ventilation.

Multi-Function Control Panel Installed inside your garage and includes : a light switch, lock/security switch and illuminated push button that opens and closes the door.

2 x Multi-Function Remote Controls For convenience, customers receive two remotes to operate the opener.

Keyless Entry System
